Power Friday – Week 14
Fantastic week! Had a great session last Friday of Squats and Deadlifts. I’m not using any talc on the bar during deadlifts. The fifth rep at full weight was about to slip from my hands. I only manage 4.5 reps.
Monday saw squats and benchpress. Squats aren’t improving very fast now, but I’m eeking them all out. I managed all of my reps on bench as well. The last rep of the last set was tough, but I muscled through.
I only managed one cardio session, which was on Thursday. It was a HIIT session, but I changed it up this time. The first ten minutes were spend walking at 3 mph. Then I alternated for the next ten minutes. One minute at 6.5-7 mph and walking one minute at 3 mph. I then cooled down for five minutes, and spent another five stretching.

I know how much yo like running, so I am very proud of you for pushing yourself. Remember, you only get out of it what you put into it, and I think you are doing fantastic!!!!!! Keep up the GREAT work!!!!!!!!
